the challenge
At the beginning of 2023, I challenged myself to create a new graphic every single day of January that uses type. The intention behind this passion project was to push myself to consistently create outside of work or academics and learn new skills. I practiced a diverse set of skills throughout the month and challenged myself to use tools or programs that I was not as comfortable with.

result
Overall, I found that I was routinely challenged to creatively think outside of the box. I grew exponentially as I learned to step outside my comfort zone and create purely because I love it - no expectations, agendas, or assignments. During this creative challenge, I grew exponentially in both my technical and creative skill. I would do it again in a heartbeat!
